The message of the poem The Quarrel is that quarrels, fights and arguments are common among siblings. However, wise is the one who asks for forgiveness even after knowing that the other was wrong. Here in the poem, we do not know who exactly was wrong, but poet’s brother asks for forgiveness because he cannot live in bad mood. So we should learn to asks for forgiveness and forgive others.
