   Following literary devices have been used in the poem Out, out by Robert Frost:

   1. Enjambment – It is the continuation of one line of a verse to another line without any pause. Frost uses it extensively. i.e. the very first line is an enjambment. 
   2. Personification – It is when something inanimate is provided with any human quality. In the poem, the buzz saw is described at first as something which is alive and reacts to the outer world.
