      1. Personification: It is the attribution of human characteristics to non-human things and animals. e.g. “Some Whatifs crawled inside my ear And pranced and partied all night long“. In these lines, the thoughts are referred to as a living being.
      2. Repetition: It is the repetition of various words or phrases in the poem for poetic effect. e.g. the phrase “What If” has been repeated ample of times in the poem.
      3. Alliteration: It is the occurrence of the same sound at the beginning of adjacent or closely connected words. e.g. “pranced and partied”
