The moral of the poem The Lake Isle of Innisfree is that city life is full of materialism. There is pollution, noise, fancy life, fake people, cruelty and emotionless life. On the other hand, nature is full of peace, beauty, compassion, simplicity and comfort. Hence the poet desires to escape to the peaceful nature.
