The meter of the poem I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud is iambic tetrameter which means each line has four (“tetra”) iambs (an iamb is a combination of stressed and unstressed syllables).
e.g.
I wandered lonely as a cloud
That floats on high o’er vales and hills.
The bold ones are stressed syllables while the normal ones are unstressed syllables.
