The exotic moment refers to the silence and stillness. It will be a moment when there will be no rush and no materialistic work. We all would be speaking the same language (the language of silence) and thus we will be one. For the poet it will be an exotic moment.
Exotic moment refers to the strange time when there will be no rush, no engine sound. This silence will be awkward. The poet urges readers to not speak in any language as languages give birth to heated debates instead we should use the language of our heart.
