Point of view is a way of describing the thoughts and feelings of the characters in a story. A story’s point of view is written to match the character who is doing the thinking and noticing.
For example, when you read a story from the first person perspective, the character who is thinking and talking is telling you their thoughts and feelings. The second person perspective would tell you the thoughts and feelings of someone else, such as the narrator.
