To ask for a raise in a positive way, provide your boss with a list of your accomplishments along with how your accomplishments have benefited the company. Your boss will not be able to say no to your positive attitude.
e.g. you can say, “I am a great employee and I have helped this company grow tremendously. I have been working here for over five years and have grown into a senior manager. I am looking to increase my salary so that I can continue to help this company grow.”
