It can be a great way of showing your appreciation to a person that’s introduced you to others on a job search.
For a quick response, include their phone number and email address on the back of the card. Make sure that it has your contact information as well as theirs. After they have seen it, you can add their name to the card and write “Thanks for meeting me. I hope I’ve made a good impression. If you ever want to meet up again, I’d love to.”
Add them to your contacts. You may even consider making a copy of the card and giving one to everyone you meet. If your friend doesn’t have a job, give it to him or her anyway. You may get an opportunity at some point in the future.
