      There are mainly two messages in the poem On His Blindness,

      1. Patience: Patience is the key to success. In the poem, the poem is seen remorseful and sorrowful because of his blindness. However he realises that those who remain patient also serve God. So, the message for the readers is that we should be patient in when we face any problem. This way we will be able to live our life peacefully.
      2. Trust in God: The second message of the poem On His Blindness is that we should always have full faith in God. He is our creator and he knows well about our condition. We should never become hopeless because of our inability to do things. If we just bear our pain, we will be serving Him.
