Dad and the Cat and the Tree is a funny poem in which the poet describes over-confident dad who falls repeatedly from the tree while trying to rescue the cat. In the end, cat comes down safely but he gets struck in the branches. The only moral we can find in the poem is that we should never be over-confident or else we can get into trouble.
