Following poetic devices/figures of speech have been used in the poem Wandering Singers by Sarojini Naidu.

Metaphor: It is a poetic device which is used to make a comparison between two things that aren’t alike but do have something in common. e.g. voice of the wind probably refers to the changing seasons or changing times or changing lands, street refers to cities and forests refer to villages.
Personification: It is the attribution of human characters to non-human things and animals. e.g. “sorrowful things” refer to humans who are sorrowful, “the wind calls” means they follow the wind.
Alliteration: It is the occurrence of the same letter or sound at the beginning of adjacent or closely connected words. e.g. “Where the voice of the wind calls our wandering feet“, “What hope shall we gather, what dreams shall we sow?“, “The voice of the wind is the voice of our fate”.
Repetition: It is the repetition is the repeating of a word or phrase for poetic effect. e.g. “the voice of the wind” is repeated several times in the poem.
