The message of the poem Punishment in Kindergarten for the teachers is that they should never scold them in the way poet’s teacher did. Not all students are alike. They have different ways of living the life and also have different personalities. Thus the teacher should not judge them based on their personality.
The words of teacher can be dangerous for the students if they are harsh. They may the words seriously and thus would be affected by them.
