The poem explores the thematic lives of the working class. The poet talks about the lives of people working in the lower strata of the society and how they are immensely affected by whatever the people at the top do. He focuses on the experiences of the lower class working people and the immigrants in the country. Through the poem, the poet highlights how the working class struggles everyday because of unjust social and economic laws made by the authorities. They go through immense work pressure just to earn their living and then they are not even given any protection by the laws of their own country. The lawmakers sit so far above the working class that they are disconnected from the reality of the problem and thus turn a blind-eye to all the problems. Who Burns for the Perfection of Paper Summary
