The poem delivers the message of being hopeful, hard-working, consistent, courageous and determined. In the poem, when all others go away (when the sun sets), only one sower remains behind in his field. He moves to and fro with grains in his hands and hope in his mind. He dreams of reaping the fruit of his hard work.
Similarly, those who have big dreams and work consistently with hope in their mind always succeed because they never give up though others may go away.
