The Ball Poem is about a young boy who has just lost his ball. He is sad and depressed because he was emotionally attached with it. He keeps standing and watching the ball lost in the river.
Though he is sad, he has learned a new lesson in his life i.e. everything in this world is temporary. We will have to lose our possessions one day. Hence we should learn to move on.
